We have come across countless cases where people lost thousands of dollars by using such unwanted tools out of their greed.

 

When you Gamble for fun, it's all good. When greed comes into play, and you push yourself to do some unwanted activities, it comes with a high price. 

1. Do not use any kind of Bots for betting. 
2. Do not use any kind of third party scripts.
3. If you are using script for Crash, do it only when you have a full understanding of what's happening.
4. Do not use or buy scripts/tools that can auto grab or auto claim. In the majority of the cases, we have seen such tools come with malware injected into them to steal your funds.

Consequences of such activities:

1. Hacking: We have seen numerous cases of funds being withdrawn and stolen without the users permission. We won't be able to help such scenarios as the funds are being stolen by users negligence and greed. Make sure you always enable 2FA. However, using such tools, is harmful even if you have 2FA enabled.

2. Account Lock: Some users deliberately use these scripts despite all the risk involved out of greed to auto grab various freebies on our platform. We are aware of such things and such accounts will be locked eventually. It's not worth anyone's time to do such unwanted activities.

I still think this warning does little to prevent folks from using auto grabbers to get the coin drops and the links posted in TG, considering folks still post them in chat any who.

The only way this site is going to do away with the auto grabbers is to implement a anti bot verification system.  Whether your claiming a shitlink, actual code from TG, or someone's coin drop.  This way it prevents bots from actually claiming these items.

Also maybe making a rule of not posting of links or codes in chat, otherwise a ban.  I mean considering these flash drops are to encourage folks to have TG am I not right or whatever avenue it was advertised on.

so i think something fun to catch the auto grabbers could easily be done.  Like make some coin drops that at just hidden from normal chat or something using just a basically "display:none;" Pretty much all of the auto grabbers would still trigger and try to grab that drop since they are generally looing at the dom directly or at the change for changes at the very least.  Then you could know that no human online would be looking at the source to catch the invisible drops.  You can then ban everyone who has claimed those particular drops and feel good that you didn't mistakenly banned someone, and it would get rid of a large number of people running those auto claimers.

@Skeleheya nice suggestion, however we already deployed ways to combat bots, the issue is they come up with  new ones every other day. But, what they don't understand is, its just a waste of time for everyone. 

We might introduce captcha to combat this eventually.

why not make it possible to make a VIP drop per say not so much be able to choose cutoff lvl but be able to choose by color, it would add incentive to lvl keep most bots from grabbing them and it would give the ppl waiting around chatting a better shot to grab which spreads out coins better n so on leads to them gambling more which will make the house more money , everyones happy

I agree, and then you get some people like on i saw in the telegram english room who was the the first grab on every single coin drop i saw for the entire day.  I mean they claim they are doing it manually, but there is no way they would consistently beat all the other coin grabbers if this were the case.  This could also be something that BC scans for unrealistic patters like 5-10 first places in a coin drop in a single day and just lock that account up.  I have had several people ask me to write coin grabbers for them but i alway refuse, it is the one automation that doesn't affect the casino at all and will only impact other players.  But those that would run them anyway are usually the same people who don't care about scamming people out of money, or begging so annoyingly they drive people from the site.  I mean you would have to be a pretty greedy asshat not to think about others you are stealing from when you run something like that.

I really think it's TIME for BC to implement capcha.  There's no getting around that anymore.  In the last few weeks I have had no less than 5 different people sending me messages on TG telling me about these bots folks are using to grab these codes and even the coin drops in chat.

If your looking to reward your actual players versus the leached you really need to implement an actual capcha system.  This has gotten out of hand and punishes those of us who actually manually copy and paste the code versus using a bot to copy the shit links or click on the coin grabs.

I think you have to learn meaning of "Grab" 

They have good developer team they have ability to catch grabber. But happy to inform you they take your suggestions. And results is lock my lvl10 account reason is prohibited techniques that has been done on there system. From small country, me and my small brother takes  2 months to reach lvl10. You have no idea how much time spent on it. Auto grabber still grabbing. I use 20 times google translate to write this msg. So think how can I write a script and deploy to grab Coindrop. Support not responding otherwise I am able to provide video proof to show how I grab 6/10 coin drop. Yes I know the trick to first grab without using any script.  I can't share the tricks. If support respond they I provide them video proof to unlock my my account. First grab doesn't mean to grab more coins than others. Telegram people threaten me then pm me to learn also asking me for tip. Don't worry bro no one can make even 4x with Coin drop bonus. I withdraw 3 times only. My biggest grab $67 they even don't allow me make $68 when balance $40 I was realized they took all. I was stopped and withdraw. I hope your future suggestions never harm innocents. I advise you don't suggest them. They already with full of well organized systems. If BC get chance to grab your wallet  they don't see your badges.

While i do feel bad about your situation, the bottom line is if you don't break the rules, then you don't get into trouble.  Your account doesn't get taken.  And auto grabbers for coin drops are essentially cheating the other players, not the casino.  The reason they are getting on top of this is because it was a huge number of complaints both to the mods every month as well as on the community survey.  This isn't being made a priority because  BC itself wants it to happen.,  Its being made a priority because so many players want it to happen so that it can be fair for all.  If this wasn't such a big issue for so many there wouldn't be the large number of complaints and nobody would bother with trying to stop it.  So again i am sorry you got locked out of your account.  But if you don't cheat you don't get into trouble.
